Lover of your Soul

A man gets strongly in Love with a lady, fulfils all the marriage rites and takes her home to be   his wife as long as they live. And suddenly she gets some distractions and side attractions and decides to call the union quit. Packs out of the house and goes to live with another. But this man wouldn't give up on her. He keeps coming to her with pleadings upon pleadings that she would return home.

Such is the relationship of God with Man. The bible says: "For God so loved the world...". God's extravagant love for you is the reason he keeps pleading with you, saying again and again:

 "return to me; Turn away from Satan and Sin. Those things you consider pleasure that have taken your heart away from me are nothing but weapons of destruction designed against your soul. why would you choose to perish with satan when you can have abundant and eternal life with me (John 10:10, 28)"

And know also, that He will not plead for ever and the curtain is gradually closing in on the unrepentant. Jesus will not plead with you forever. If You die without receiving His salvation, repenting from your sinful lifestyle, You will meet Him in judgement and by then you will be the one pleading but it will be too late. Friend, don't joke with your life, Hell is real. Those who die rejecting Jesus will not miss hell, Those who profess to know Him but are rebellious, disobedient and unrepentant will not also miss it.

Revelation 21:8

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Come out from among them and be separate. Receive the salvation of Jesus and with it live gloriously and holily in this life unto eternity.
